Ministry Communications Form Submission

Communications Deadline: Bulletin and Parish Email Announcements are due by Friday, 16 days prior to your desired Sunday publish date. Please be aware that the due date may be sooner to accommodate deadlines around our parish office holidays like Christmas and Easter. Announcements generally run 2 to 3 consecutive weeks before the event date.

Copy and File Submission: Submit all individual copy and images through this form. Please do not create an announcement with images embedded in the design (IE a Word File). Any supplied images for the printed Bulletin need to be Hi-Res.

All external organizations and non-MOQ organizations looking to post an announcement in our Bulletin should send their communications to office@maryourqueen.com. We will only place your announcement if there is space in the bulletin. Please note: We will not confirm that we received or guarantee the placement of your announcement in our Bulletin if you are an external MOQ organization. Due to the limited size of our Bulletin, External organization announcements are only included in our communications once all MOQ Parish events, Ministry announcements, and MOQ Religious Education announcements have been placed.
