Step into a royal adventure this summer at Mary Our Queen for our 2026 Vacation Bible School! Join us as we explore the inspiring story of Queen Esther—a tale of courage, faith, and trust in God’s plan. Each day is packed with games, engaging skits, creative crafts, and fun music that will bring the story of Queen Esther to life. Join us for this unforgettable week of faith, fun, and royal adventures—we can’t wait to see you there!

VBS returns to Mary Our Queen July 7- 10, 2026, from 9:00 am – 12 pm. We hope your children will join us for a four day mini-camp to experience the Bible in a new and fun way!

Registration is open for children, adult volunteers, and teen volunteers.

Campers – Pre-K to 5th grade (must be 4 years of age by July 1st). Cost is $50 per camper (for parishioners) or $150 per family (parishioner rate). Non-parishioner rate is $75 per camper and $225 per family.

6th & 7th grade children are welcome to accompany their parent volunteers, but the parent/guardian must contact Rachel Henke to sign the Responsibility Waiver Form.

I do hereby give my approval for my son/daughter to participate in VBS, that is sponsored by Mary Our Queen Catholic Church. I do hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless any and all adults who chaperone, also the Archdiocese and its representatives, successors, supervisors, sponsors, organizers and participants for any injuries in connection with the program named above. I likewise release from my responsibility any person transporting my child to and from any of the activities.

Parental Consent for Emergency Care(Required)

I agree to the emergency care policy.

I also give permission to seek any emergency care should my child be involved in any accident or be injured in any way during such
events named above. I understand that in any such instance, all attempts will be made to contact the parent/guardian. In the event
that I cannot be contacted, I hereby give permission to the attending physician to hospitalize, secure treatment for, and to order
injection, anesthesia, and/or surgery for my child, as named herein.

Parental Consent Regarding Discipline(Required)

I also agree that I am legally responsible for all/any personal actions taken by my child/guardianship during this event, and agree to be financially responsible for any/all damages, legal fees, and other costs incurred as a result of the actions/behavior of my child/guardianship.

Furthermore, I agree that if the above named student’s behavior is inappropriate, unsafe and/or detrimental to the group, I will be
contacted immediately to secure means of removing my child/guardianship from the event premises. I understand that any financial costs
incurred as a result of my child/guardianship being sent home are my responsibility.
