Table and Chair set up and break down is the responsibility of the Ministry reserving the space. Please make arrangements with your ministry members to help with this process.*

All linen tablecloths must be cleaned, wrinkle free and returned to Storage Room within 3 days of your event. If preferred, you may pay to have the linens cleaned through the office. Please inquire.

Please note - refrigerator and food storage can be brought in the day of the reservation and must be cleaned out at the time the event ends.

The grill and fryer are locked. In order to use either, you much schedule a time to pick up a key. Upon return of the key, you will be required to turn in the Cleaning Checklist. Schedule an appointment to pick up the grill key here: https://calendly.com/cranft/15min

Ministries using kitchen are responsible for scheduling time before event with office to review kitchen equipment operation. All ministries are responsible for cleaning and returning kitchen equipment to it's proper place, disifecting counter and table tops, and taking out the trash.*

Please make sure all cleanup is completed by the end of your event (date on reservation form). Clean up includes removal of all food not consumed at your event (including items in the refrigerator). Please leave area clean and refer to the cleanup checklist posted in the kitchen. Thank you!
