MOQ Prayer Chain

Our ministry prays for the names that are listed in our Book of Prayer. Members will receive an email each Friday with the names of those who need our prayers.

Lectio Divina

Lectio Divina – Centuries old practice of “Holy Reading” where the listener quiets him/herself to hear what God is communicating through His word. Join us as we read and reflect on the upcoming Sunday Gospel. Experience God’s presence and tune your ear to hear God’ s voice in your life through the stories and words of scripture. Come with an open heart and desire to grow closer to God.

We meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at 11am in the Mary Prayer Garden (weather permitting) OR in the Parish Hall. If you are interested in joining us, please fill out the form below.

Respect Life

Our mission is to protect, support, and respect all life through prayer and action seeking to end abortion and euthanasia. We participate in national events such as the March for Life, 40 Days for Life, and Life Chain. We host an annual parish Baby Shower and a Baby Bottle Fund Drive to support local pregnancy aid centers, spiritually adopting unborn babies. Every Saturday, we pray at a local abortion clinic.

Marriage Encounter (WEDS)

Fellowship and sharing is enjoyed by WEDS couples as they celebrate their Sacrament of Marriage, a living gift from God.  The Weds program is a continuation of the many blessings received on a Marriage Encounter weekend, which is required to be a part of this group.  The group recognizes marriage in the parish family on World Marriage Day and also promotes Marriage Encounter weekends.

Click here for more information and schedule for the Marriage Encounter Weekends

After your Marriage Encounter Weekend, continue your journey with MOQ’s WED’s group which meets typically the 2nd Saturday each month for dialogue and fellowship.
