At-Home Faith Formation

The At-Home option for our Family Table Faith Formation is a family catechesis home study based on the lectionary and the Sunday Gospel readings.  These catechetical sessions are designed to take place around the family dinner table.  Families will receive age appropriate Gospel Weeklie flyers by Pflaum Publishing to use as a guide.   Optional resource:  A weekly Zoom call on Tuesday evenings with parents to help prepare them to break open the word with their family.

Both models will be supported by the Faith Formation office and all age appropriate material to be discussed around the family dinner table will be provided:

  • Pre-K through 8th grade: Gospel Weeklie by Pflaum Publishing:
  • High School: Lectio Divina model with material supplied to study the Gospel

Families will read the Gospel together, discuss what you are hearing and reflect on the teaching of the Catholic faith through scripture.   A second age appropriate catechism book will also be supplied. Each week, families will complete an online weekly assessment tool and submit to the Faith Formation Office to show participation.

If you have questions, please contact Barb Garvin through the form below.

Registration is required and may be processed through the link below no later than Saturday, August 15.

Sacramental Programs will be free standing and separate from faith formation weekly classes.
